Pooja Batra becomes India head of Hollywood casting agency

Actress Pooja Batra, who left Bollywood after marriage, has joined hands with a Hollywood casting company to look for new talent from India.

The actress will head the India operations of ''LA Casting, a Los Angeles based company, whose casting credits include films like ''500 Days Of Summer'', ''Our Family Wedding'', Bob Sinclar's ''What a Wonderful World'' music video and Celine Dion's ''Taking Chances'' world tour video.

Salman Khan takes over ''Bigg Boss'' from Big B

Bollywood's original bad boy Salman Khan has stepped into the shoes of megastar Amitabh Bachchan as the host of the controversial reality show ''Bigg Boss'' and says that he is going to give the contestants a tough time.

Bachchans in London for Bollywood film world premiere

The Bachchans, the first family of Indian cinema, were out in force in London for the world premiere of the Bollywood film "Raavan."

Abhishek Bachchan, his wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and father Amitabh Bachchan attended the showing late Wednesday, as did the film's director Mani Ratnam and Oscar-winning composer A. R. Rahman.

'Raajneeti' star Sarah Thompson moving to Bollywood

After Barbara Mori in 'Kites' another foreign beauty is all set to try her luck in Bollywood. Sarah Thompson who plays Ranbir Kapoor's American girlfriend in 'Raajneeti' is brushing up her Hindi skills ahead of moving to Mumbai.

'When I started working on 'Raajneeti' I knew no Hindi. That was okay. I had to play a girl who doesn't know any Hindi and all I had to do was mutter a smattering of bad Hindi.'
